A gentle yet effective workout designed specifically for new mums and their little ones! This postnatal-friendly class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Reformer Pilates with the low-impact toning of Barre, helping you rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body after birth.
This class is a safe and low impact return to exercise postpartum (once you have approval from your midwife/GP) and for people with uncomplicated pregnancies. Not suitable for pelvic floor injuries and high risk pregnancies.
Bring your baby along (non-crawling only, please!) and a pram if you need! Enjoy a supportive environment with other mums. Feel free to walk over to Baby Afro and have a coffee on us. This segment also includes an informative chat from Sarah Horne at Anchor Me Postpartum.
We will alternate between reformer pilates and Barre class each week.
