This postnatal-friendly class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Reformer Pilates with the low-impact toning of Barre, helping you rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body after birth.
This class is a safe and low impact return to exercise postpartum (once you have approval from your midwife/GP) and for people with uncomplicated pregnancies. Not suitable for pelvic floor injuries and high risk pregnancies.
Bring your baby along (non-crawling only, please!) and a pram if you need! Enjoy a supportive environment with other mums.
