Reformer HIIT brings the heat, quite literally. In this 50 minute class, we blend the controlled resistance of the reformer with bursts of high-intensity cardio intervals to push your body and elevate your training.

You’ll work in structured rounds that spike your heart rate, strengthen your core, and tone muscles from head to toe. Expect short recovery periods, deep muscle fatigue, and the kind of sweat that leaves you glowing.
